While in college, Michelle contracted with several temporary agencies as an administrative office professional and bookkeeper. This positioned her to gain experience working inside many different industries. After college she accepted a permanent position at a Fortune 500 company, where after two years decided the corporate environment was not where she belonged.  Michelle exited that position to start her own business providing bookkeeping and administrative support to small businesses.  Utilizing the varied experience obtained while temping, she developed the ability to quickly recognize tasks and procedures that were missing or not operating efficiently. Creating policy and procedure manuals, forms, spreadsheets, and organizing office space helped her increase productivity and profitability in all of the businesses she encountered.  Over time Michelle added organizing to her services as it was clear it was needed by many business owners. Her business model of maintaining a small – scale, family oriented business attributed to the success of the company. Michelle is a self-driven entrepreneur, who is genuinely excited for the business growth of others and enjoys collectively strategizing how to help others succeed.  On the 15th year of providing services to over 100 small businesses and dozens of different industries; the universe put a kindred spirit in her path to work with. When it comes to work ethic, skill set, and moral principles, a new motivation of starting an insurance billing business came alive.
